Cityscape Global, one of the largest real estate exhibitions in the Middle East, takes place in Riyadh on 16–19 November. The organiser is Tahaluf, and the partner is Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate General Authority (REGA). This year the organisers claim more than 450 exhibitors and brands, over 150 developers, over 150 institutional investors and more than 400 speakers across four stages.
When: 16–19 November, 12:00–22:00 local time.
Where: Riyadh, Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre in Malham.
Tickets: on the exhibition website. A general pass starts at $27, a business pass is $850 (currently on sale at $450) and a VIP pass is $3,000 (currently $1,750), all including VAT. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What’s on
The core of the show is the stands of Saudi public and private developers. Announced projects include the National Housing Company (NHC), ROSHN, Diriyah Company, New Murabba and developments in Makkah and Madinah (Masar, Rua Al Haram Almakki, Rua Al Madinah). Visitors can compare projects and mortgage and instalment terms offered by developers and banks.
The conference runs on several stages: the Future of Living Summit on housing and cities, a stage for developers and architects, the Innovation Arena for startups and technology, and Housing 360 for home buyers. For business visitors the organisers promise AI-assisted meeting matchmaking.
