The Gulf, Africa and 46,000 foreigners: what the Middle East should know about Russia’s recruitment drive
Russian recruiters are targeting labour migrants who have already worked in the Gulf states. New figures released at the Crimea Global conference in Kyiv show Russia has signed military contracts with nearly 46,000 foreigners from 151 countries.
